Table Host Commitment

As a Table Host, you are responsible for purchasing your own ticket. The invited guests at your table are responsible for purchasing their tickets.

Note: You will need to purchase your ticket separate from completing this table host information. 

As a table host, you can fill your table of eight. (You + 7 guests) 

or

You can have a LINKS Leader (a middle or high school student from one of our programs) sit with your guests.  (You + LINKS Leader + 6 guests) If you would like to have a LINKS Leader sit at your table, please select an X in the form. See details and confirm your table guests.
